How do I choose the correct TV size?
For normal living rooms, 42–55 inches works well depending on viewing distance. Use our size categories and compare page before ordering.
How is my television delivered?
After your local order is confirmed, an eligible courier is selected through Shiprocket. Tracking details appear in your account when AWB is assigned.
How do I register warranty?
Open Bush Care, choose Register Warranty and submit the serial number, invoice and purchase details. Online-order warranties may be auto-created after serial assignment and delivery.
Can I register a TV purchased from a dealer?
Yes. Dealer purchases can be registered using the same form with the seller name and proof of purchase.
How do I raise a service request?
Verify that the warranty is active, then use Service Request under Bush Care. You can track every status update with the ticket number and registered mobile.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Orders can be cancelled from your account before processing. Eligible delivered orders can request a return within the configured return window.
