Standard warranty
Bush televisions include the warranty duration shown on the invoice and warranty certificate. Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use and requires a valid serial number and proof of purchase.
What is not covered
Physical damage, liquid damage, voltage fluctuation, unauthorised repair, misuse, accessories and cosmetic wear are excluded unless approved in writing. Installation and service availability depend on the customer pincode.
Claim process
Register the product, submit a Bush Care request and keep the television, invoice and serial label available for verification. Repair or replacement is determined after inspection.
